Our approach
Concept
The Concept is similar to the preliminary project; it is the set of ideas and concepts that characterize the project, and the basis for its realization. All the architectural and stylistic guidelines are exposed within the Concept. The Client will already be able to have an idea of the spaces, dimensions and distribution flows of the project and of the atmospheres and style that will characterize it. This phase is explained through overall plans, functional or distribution layouts, standard sections, elevations, sketches, graphic schemes, photo insertions, etc.
Final Architectural Project
It contains all the elements necessary for the client to understand the project as well as the verification of the technical, economic and technical/administrative aspects. It consists of detailed plans, elevations and main sections of the overall project and a quantity of 3D views useful for understanding the main environments.
Executive project
It involves the engineering of all the processes and defines the intervention to be carried out completely and in every architectural, structural and plant detail. It consists of technical documents that define in detail all the construction issues starting from the walls, systems, finishes and decorations.
Realization
The final phase of construction site management accompanies the Client in the final detailed choices, advising him on finishes, objects, communication and advertising of his investment. It is a fundamental phase of perfecting and fine-tuning every element useful for making each project unique.
